Our prices, in full.
If a cost isn't on this page, we don't charge it. And the exchange rate is broken apart here too, because that's where the money usually hides.
0.8 – 1.5% all-in
That is everything — the rate, the network and the payout. On £500 it is about £4.25, against £25 to £40 at a typical money transfer operator.

Taking payments
The merchant pays the fee, never the customer. Charging someone extra at the till is the fastest way to make them use cash instead.

We show you three numbers, not one: the mid-market rate, our spread, and the fee.
Most transfer services quote a single exchange rate with their margin already folded into it, so you cannot tell what you paid. Ours is listed separately, on the quote, before you confirm. The spread runs between 0.4% and 0.8% depending on the currency pair and how deep that corridor is.
The rate you are shown is held for fifteen minutes. If it moves after that, we ask you again rather than sending at a rate you did not agree to.
Fees are design targets and are subject to commercial agreement with our acquiring and payout partners.Check it against what you pay now.
Quote a transfer in the app and compare the total, not the headline rate.
